My name is Wendy Gabriel and I started Soul Focus Coaching in 2018. Just as I have, my business has grown and transformed so that I can better serve my clients. It is now known as Soul Focus Coaching & Wellness, LLC.
Soul Focus Studio is the physical space where I offer my services out of. My mission is to create a space where women can come together in community for growth, empowerment and balance. In my work, I shine a light on your unique power and possibility in a safe, judgement free zone. I want you to feel like you've come home to all that you are when you're at the Studio. We offer a variety of coaching, co-working, and wellness opportunities to help you achieve growth, empowerment and balance.
Years ago, when I worked in Boston's Back Bay, I was inspired by the work of Harriet Clisby and the Boston Women’s Educational and Industrial Union. In honor of her mission to raise her sisters up, I will be offering and hosting wellness workshops, individual and group coaching sessions and energy work and promoting and selling women made goods.
My hope is to inspire the women in my community to recognize each other’s gifts and lift each other up.
