You’ll feel your worries melt away as you sink into this transformative sound journey. This sound healing session is designed to help you release stress, find your inner calm and balance and leave you feeling relaxed and at peace.
Jamie’s Sound Bath creates an experience that quiets your mind and calms your nervous system while promoting a full mind – body realignment.
We recommend bringing a yoga mat, blankets, and a pillow for optimum comfort though we do have some available.
Space is limited so register early to guarantee a spot.
